If you're not receiving password reset emails from Airtime after trying to reset your password, check if any of the following apply.
No access to your email
If you no longer have access to the email address used to create your Airtime account, you won't be able to receive password reset emails. Contact our support team for further assistance.
Your Airtime account was deactivated
If your Airtime for Teams account was deactivated, you won't be able to receive password reset emails. Contact our support team for further assistance.
Your email domain is blocking our emails
- Check your spam or junk folder for the password reset email.
- If you don't see the email, add team@airtimetools.com to your contact list or safe senders list:
- Try to reset your password again.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email.
The wrong email address was entered
When you enter an email address on the reset password page, we'll send a password reset email even if there isn't an active Airtime account associated with that email address.
