Manage Teams organization members

If you're an Airtime for Teams owner or admin, you can add members to your team, invite existing Airtime users to join your team, and manage your team members.

Invite members by email

Note: Email invites must be accepted within seven days.
  1. In your web browser, go to app.airtimetools.com/account/team/members.
  2. In the upper right, click Invite members.
  3. In the dialog box, click the Email tab.
  4. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite, then press the Enter key. To invite more members, repeat this step.
  5. Click Send.
  6. A Successfully sent invitation(s) prompt will appear at the bottom of the screen.

The email address(es) will appear on the Pending invites page until the invite is accepted.

Create invite links

Note: Anyone with access to an invite link can join your Teams organization.
  1. In your web browser, go to app.airtimetools.com/account/team/members.
  2. In the upper right, click Invite members.
  3. In the Share link tab, you can choose how invite links work for your team:
    • Allow all members to create invite links: all members can create invite links to send to others to join your Teams organization.
    • Only admins and owners can create links: only Teams admins and owners can create invite links to send to others to join your Teams organization.
    • Don't allow any links: people cannot join your Teams organization through an invite link.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Airtime will automatically generate an invite link. Click Copy Link and share this link with others to invite them to join your Teams organization.

Manage existing members

You can change a team member's email address and role or suspend their account if they are no longer part of your organization.

  1. In your web browser, go to app.airtimetools.com/account/team/members/all-members.
  2. In the Actions column, click the menu for a member and select one of the following options:
    • Change email address: Change the member's email address associated with their Airtime account. You can only change the email address for members or admins, not owners.
    • Change role: Change the member's role to Member, Admin, or Owner. Owners have complete control over managing the Airtime for Teams organization. Admins can change a member's role between Member and Admin but cannot change an owner's role.
    • Suspend account: Deactivate the member's account. This will prevent the user from logging into your Airtime for Teams organization.

Approve domains

When you approve a domain, anyone who uses an email address matching that domain to sign up will automatically join your Airtime for Teams organization.

  1. In your web browser, go to app.airtimetools.com/account/team/domains.
  2. In the Available domains section, click Approve next to a domain to activate it.
    • If there are no available domains, you may need to change an existing member's role to Owner.
  3. In the Approved domains section, click Copy Link next to the domain. Share this link with others to invite them to join your Teams organization.

Invite existing Airtime users to join your team

If a member of your organization already has an Airtime Individual account and you want to add them to your Teams organization, you can invite the email address associated with their Individual account.

Any new activity on their account will be billed to your Teams subscription when they accept the invite. Any existing content or new content that they create in Airtime moving forward will belong to your company subject to the Airtime for Teams Agreement and Privacy Policy. They can only remove content in their account with your organization's approval.

Note: If an Airtime user has existing content in their Individual account that they don't want to transfer to the Teams organization, they should join the Teams organization with a different email address.

If they used their work email address to create their Individual account, they can change the email address associated with their Individual account to a different one at app.airtimetools.com/account/edit-profile.
