In your account subscription settings, you can change your billing cycle, cancel your subscription, change your payment method, view your invoices, and update your tax ID and billing address.
Account subscription settings
In your web browser, go to app.airtimetools.com/account/subscription.
Change your billing cycle
- In the left sidebar, go to Subscription > Subscription plan.
- Select Annual or Monthly for your billing cycle.
- Click Save.
Cancel your Airtime subscription
Note: Canceling your subscription will turn off auto-renewal. You will still have access to your subscription until the date it expires. Airtime for Teams subscriptions can only be canceled by Team owners.
- In the left sidebar, go to Subscription > Subscription plan.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- In the window that appears, click Continue.
- [Optional] Select a reason for canceling from the dropdown menu.
A pop-up will appear to confirm that your subscription has been successfully canceled.
Your subscription page will now reflect that you have a non-renewing subscription. To restart your Airtime subscription, click Resubscribe.
Change your payment method
- In the left sidebar, go to Subscription > Payment method.
- Enter the new details of the new credit or debit card you want to use as your payment method.
- Click Save.
A pop-up will appear to confirm that your payment method has been successfully updated.
View your invoices
- In the left sidebar, go to Subscription > Invoices.
- To download an invoice, click PDF in the Receipt column.
- To request a refund, click Request a refund.
Update tax ID and billing address
- In the left sidebar, go to Subscription > Address and Tax ID.
- Update your Tax ID and Billing address.
- Click Save.
